A&R info:
uncoiled loops is not currently signing artists and probably never will. But for some reason you're still interested in sending materials, this is what uncoiled loops would be interested in:
  • Electronic music, not necessarily dance music, most likely with vocals - must be someone with a good voice, and not rap
  • Something different, less likely to be classifiable; although not noise or "prog rock" style
  • Something dynamic
  • Artists who are willing to work with us, not expecting everything to be done by the label

     Things that will cause you NOT to generate interest with us:
  • Putting us on your show/spam list without our consent
  • E-mailing us MP3's
  • Harassing us with mass e-mails

     If you are interested in sending us material, please contact us by e-mail (listed on the contact page). We will provide you with an address to snail mail material. Please include the following:
  • Bio/Onesheet
  • CD with your best (favorite) tracks first (or marked) - no tapes, DATs, etc.
  • Cover letter reiterating our e-mail conversation

     I suppose if all our realeases do really well, we may sign artists, who knows!
